Australia-Wide Shipping
- Free Shipping: Orders over $200 ship for FREE.
- Standard Shipping: $8.95 flat rate. Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: $15 flat rate. Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days.
International Shipping
- Standard Shipping: $25 flat rate. Delivery times vary by location, typically 7-14 business days.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, with tracking provided for peace of mind. Please note, delivery times may vary due to postal delays or remote locations.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Tom Bawdy gear, but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back with our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
How It Works
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process once approved.
Exchange Process
- Prefer a different size, style, or design? Simply indicate your preference when submitting your return.
